    1. Eligibility: THE BIG PICKLE GIVEAWAY (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of IntoPickleball, OwnersBox, and Spank Paddles (collectively, the “Sponsors”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

    2. Sponsors The Sponsors of this Contest are:

    • Spank Paddles

    3. Promotional Period Entries will be accepted online starting on [Insert Start Date] and ending on [Insert End Date]. All online entries must be received by [insert time and PST] on [Insert End Date].

    4. How to Enter

    • U.S. Residents: May enter via Instagram (following all three Sponsors, liking the official giveaway post, and tagging friends) or by filling out the official entry form on this page.
    • Canadian Residents (MANDATORY): Canadian residents MUST enter using the official entry form on this page. Instagram-only entries from Canadian residents will not be accepted for fulfillment purposes.

    5. Special Provisions for Canadian Residents To participate, residents of Canada must adhere to the following:

    • Mandatory Web Entry: You must use the form on the contest page to enter. This ensures we can properly categorize your entry for consolidated shipping.
    • Membership & Prizes: During this launch, this form is the exclusive method for Canadian residents to sign up for a complimentary IntoPickleball membership.
    • Consolidated Shipping: To avoid individual international shipping fees (valued at approx. $40–$80 USD per package), all prizes and member gifts for Canadian winners will be consolidated and shipped to the OwnersBox office in Canada for local distribution.

    6. Prizes Winners will be selected to receive one of the following prize packages:

    • Packages 1-4: 1 Spank Paddle, 1 Spank Hat, 1 Spank T-Shirt, 1 IntoPickleball Hat, 1 IntoPickleball Hoodie, and 1 IntoPickleball Member’s Only Annual Subscription.
    • Packages 5-10: 1 IntoPickleball Member’s Only Annual Subscription.

    Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsors. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsors’ discretion. The prize is nontransferable.

    7. Winner Selection and Notification Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsors. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) or email within seven (7) days following the selection of Winners. The Sponsors shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.

    8. Rights Granted by You By entering this content, You understand and agree that the Sponsors shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, your entry, name, picture, voice, likeness, and statements about the Contest for promotional purposes without any further compensation.

    9. Limitation of Liability By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless IntoPickleball, OwnersBox, Spank Paddles, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest or use of any prize.
