Stefanie “Paddle Princess”
Stefanie is a longtime family friend, co-host of Big Dink Energy, and the Paddle Princess. Off the court, she manages operations for the family’s brick-and-mortar business and works alongside us across several of our other businesses, handling everything from administration and operations to customer service and community.
She’s also the celebrator of the group. While the rest of us can get buried in strategy, operations, and what needs to happen next, Stefanie is usually the one reminding us to make it fun, make it bigger, and actually celebrate the wins. She works incredibly hard behind the scenes, but she’s also the first one ready to turn whatever we’re doing into a good time.
